I have delivered a range of Fitness Classes in both the community and within gyms, since 2015. Since then I have taught HIIT, Strength based classes, Step, Aqua Aerobics, Group Cycle, PiYo & Fitness Pilates.
From March 2026 I decided to return to delivering community classes and my first offering is a BRAND NEW creation, inspired by my background as a Sports Therapist, it is an hour long blended class incorporating weighted & bodyweight exercises with mobility & core work utilising L1FT & M1ND workouts from SH1FT Fitness.
A balanced 60-minute class combining strength and light cardio with mobility and stability work. No jumps or impact, making it suitable for all abilities and ages. Build strength, improve movement, and leave feeling strong and supported.
Tuesdays 6.45 - 7.45pm at Dean School Sports Hall, CA14 4TH
Initially running from 10th March to 28th April, if there's enough interest, these sessions will continue.
Mats provided (or you can bring your own) I provide 2kg dumbbells but if you wish to go heavier or lighter, you will need to provide your own. Of course, bodyweight is always an option too!

A 45-minute class building core strength and stability, followed by restorative mobility and stretching. Strengthen your core, support your movement, and leave feeling centred and restored.

An energising 45-minute class combining bodyweight HIIT cardio with mobility and stretching. Elevate your heart rate, challenge the whole body, then finish with mobility work to help you recover and reset.
